On January 21, Transparency International Ukraine will present the findings of a six-month comprehensive study of the High Anti-Corruption Court’s work.

During the six months of monitoring of HACC’s work, TI Ukraine’s lawyers attended more than 300 court hearings and analyzed HACC’s case law. Moreover, TI Ukraine held a series of meetings and talks with anti-corruption leaders and staff discussing cooperation with the court and the Judicial Protection Service. Based on what we prepared a compelling report about the work of the youngest anti-corruption body in Ukraine.

Besides, within this project, the communications department analyzed the half-year dynamics in the High Anti-Corruption Court’s public communications and provided recommendations for their improvement.

The online discussion on the specifics of the work of the Anti-Corruption Court will be joined by:

  • Vira Mykhailenko, Judge-Speaker of the HACC;
  • Bohdan Kryklyvenko, head of the HACC staff;
  • Olena Krolovetska, Head of the Investigative Unit at NABU;
  • Olena Panchenko, SAPO Prosecutor;
  • Andriy Sliusar, lawyer.

The discussion will be moderated by Kateryna Ryzhenko, Head of the Legal Department of TI Ukraine.
