This year, for the first time since the sale of Kryvorizhstal in 2005, a transparent, competitive, and, most importantly, successful large-scale privatization can start in Ukraine. Special attention is paid to Centerenergo, one of the largest state-owned energy companies. However, the attractiveness of the asset is reduced by millions of debts, lawsuits, and corruption in the company.
