The independence and capacity of the anti-corruption ecosystem is what I read in the strategic statement signed by the presidents of Ukraine and the United States. I noticed the increased attention of the United States to the election of anti-corruption leaders as a key prerequisite for an effective fight against high-level corruption in the country.
