Documents for participation in the open call for board members of TI Ukraine ended on November 28. Seven candidates will take part in the selection, which will take place on December 5, 2020 during the annual Membership Conference of TI Ukraine.

On November 4, 2020, the Ukrainian chapter of the international anti-corruption network Transparency International announced an open call to select members of the Board in connection due to the termination of the term of office of the previous Board. 7 candidates applied before the application deadline, submitting their CV and their personal vision of the organization’s development. The full list is below:

  1. Andrii Vyshnevskyi — CV and vision of TI Ukraine’s development.
  2. John Lough — CV and vision of TI Ukraine’s development.
  3. Andrii Rozhdestvenskyi — CV and vision of TI Ukraine’s development.
  4. Matthew S. Stephenson — CV and vision of TI Ukraine’s development.
  5. Viktor Fomin — CV and vision of TI Ukraine’s development.
  6. Tanya Khavanska — CV and vision of TI Ukraine’s development.
  7. Pavlo Sheremeta — CV and vision of TI Ukraine’s development.

The Board of TI Ukraine is the governing body of the organization, which is elected by the Membership Conference of the CSO for a term of two years and consists of five people.
The Board considers and approves the organization’s focus areas, annual budget and operational plan, approves program documents. The full powers and responsibilities of the Board of TI Ukraine are set out in the Charter of the organization.
