The Criminal Court of Cassation, as part of the Supreme Court, overturned the verdict of HACC and the decision of the HACC Appeals Chamber, which sentenced Volodymyr Ponomarenko, ex-judge of the Cherkasy oblast Court of Appeal to 2 years in prison.
