Let us remind that at the end of 2016, the public and business joined their efforts to develop an electronic health system to support the reforms of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Joint efforts were applied to development of Coordination Center – the eHealth Project Office based on NGO Transparency International Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Network of PLWH. Together with the developers of the medical information systems that combined all the efforts of all participants and supported the project office, the launch of the eHealth system was started. The first steps of the system’s development supported the primary healthcare reform of finance developed by the team of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
