The chairman of the board in Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Center, deputy of the Kharkiv regional council Dmytro Bulakh was severely beaten today. It is known that the activist was attacked by two men near his house. They hit Dmytro on the back of his head with the blunt object and kicked him. Bulakh has got severe head trauma, multiple injuries to the body, in particular, the ribs.
Dmytro’s colleagues are sure that the attack is connected with his professional activity. TI Ukraine reported that Bulakh had to speak at a session of the Kharkiv Regional Council tomorrow, where he had to make a number of statements.
We wish him to get well soon and demand quick investigation of the case concerning beating of the anti-corruption activist.
