In July-December 2017, multiple changes took place in the area of public procurement in Ukraine. Most of them result from the ongoing reforms. For instance, the Verkhovna Rada approved draft law N4738-d, which aims at regulating the procedure of procurement monitoring by the State Auditory Service, while TI Ukraine presented a pilot version of risk indicators for procurement.
