В Ніжині відбулася презентація "Прозорість влади та інвестиційного сектору"

Саме стільки Ніжин отримав за прозорість інвестиційного сектору. Такими є результати дослідження Прозорості інвестиційного сектору міста, проведене за методологією Transparency International Україна.

12 листопада в Ніжині відбулася презентація Рейтингу прозорості інвестиційного сектору 100 міст України, на яку було запрошено представників міськради, журналістів, активістів. На заході були представлені результати дослідження, проведеного у сотні найбільших міст України і в якому місто зайняло 39 місце.

Характеризуючи стан з прозорістю інвестиційного сектору в Києві, координаторка програми «Прозорі міста» у Transparency International Катерина Цибенко зазначила: «В рейтингу інвестиційної прозорості [i]Ніжин здобув бали за індикатори, що стосуються регуляторної політики, оприлюднення інформації про об’єкти інвестування та інженерні мережі біля них, інформацію про співпрацю з міжнародними організаціями. Щоб піднятися в рейтингу, Ніжину треба попрацювати над запровадження електронних аукціонів для продажу прав на розміщення сезонної торгівлі, підключитися до Платформи ефективного регулювання, оприлюднити інформацію про підприємців у виконкомі, оприлюднити індикатори виконання стратегії міста».

Голова міської ради Ніжина Лінник Анатолій зазначив: «Рейтинг прозорості інвестиційного сектору – це інструмент створення здорової конкуренції серед міст та побудови тісної співпраці влади, бізнесу та громади. Ніжин посів 39 сходинку в рейтингу. Цей рейтинг показав нам, що ще потрібно запровадити чи змінити для того, щоб інвесторів у місті було більше. Деякі з індикаторів, як рішення регуляторних актів міської ради та виконавчого комітету, співпраця з міжнародними організаціями отримали гарні показники, але є і такі, котрі показали наші реальні прогалини у роботі. Тож, ми поставили перед собою чергові завдання і сподіваюся, що невдовзі Ніжин буде як мінімум у п’ятірці лідерів».

У BRDO[ii] – провідному незалежному експертно-аналітичному центрі з регуляторної політики в України – зазначили: «Сьогодні державний інфосервіс Start Business Challenge містить вже 100 бізнес-кейсів із покроковими інструкціями для започаткування власної справи, а всю необхідну достовірну інформацію для реєстрації бізнесу підприємці можуть отримати в єдиному місці – швидко і безкоштовно. Зважаючи на те, що на місцевому рівні низка процедур для бізнесу, зокрема підключення до електромереж, оформлення земельної ділянки мають свою специфіку, BRDO також розробив інструменти для локалізації кейсів. Так, органи місцевої влади мають можливість отримати доступ до своїх особистих кабінетів та надати мешканцям своїх міст максимально детальну інформацію для відкриття бізнесу: скільки процедур треба пройти і які документи отримати, куди саме звертатись, скільки це коштує і займає часу. Доступність необхідної інформації сприяє покращенню бізнес-клімату в місті».

У ProZorro.Продажі, оцінюючи важливість впровадження відкритих аукціонів, зазначають: «Завдяки відкритим аукціонам ProZorro.Продажі держава і місцеві громади вже продали активів більш ніж на 11 млрд.грн. При цьому небанківських активів продано більше ніж на 1 млрд грн. Це не тільки майно, а й права оренди, права на розміщення реклами чи проведення ярмарків, а також об’єкти малої приватизації».

ТІ Україна продовжує працювати над прозорістю у регіонах України і активно мотивувати представників місцевого самоврядування бути більш прозорими. Адже відкритість та прозорість є основними умовами для зменшення рівня корупції.

Presentation of Investment Sector Transparency Ranking | LVIV

The Ukrainian chapter of the global anti-corruption organization Transparency International has developed the transparency ranking of the investment sector of 100 biggest Ukrainian cities as part of the Transparent Cities program. The main goal of the ranking is to increase the transparency level and municipal anti-corruption activities in the investment sector.
We cordially invite you to participate in the presentation of the results of investment sector transparency research of 100 biggest Ukrainian cities, which will take place on 17 October 2018 at 1 p.m. in Lviv at 29 Stryiska street, Sheptytskyi Center, room 303.
At the event, detailed analysis of a situation with transparency of the investment sector in Lviv will be made. In addition, you will learn which city took the first place in the transparency ranking of the investment sector in 100 biggest Ukrainian cities as well as which cities are the outsiders. You will see what opportunities are open for cities in the upper part of the ranking and why increasing transparency in the investment area can help not only to attract business to Ukrainian cities but also to fight corruption.
The event will be organized jointly with Lviv Regulatory Hub under Management School of Ukrainian Catholic University.

Presentation of Investment Sector Transparency Ranking of 100 Biggest Ukrainian Cities | Mariupol

The Ukrainian chapter of the global anti-corruption organization Transparency International has developed the transparency ranking of the investment sector of 100 biggest Ukrainian cities as part of the Transparent Cities program. The main goal of the ranking is to increase the transparency level and municipal anti-corruption activities in the investment sector.
At the moment, Transparency International Ukraine analysts and experts, together with business associations and foreign investors, have developed indicators for measurement of transparency, available tools and opportunities in Ukrainian municipal investment sector, and analyzed compliance with these indicators in 100 largest Ukrainian cities.
We invite you to participate in the presentation of the results of investment sector transparency in 100 biggest Ukrainian cities which will take place on 19 September 2018 at 12 p.m. in Mariupol at 60 Arkhitektora Nielsena Street (Halabuda).
