										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>13 грудня у Вінниці відбувся <strong>Майстер-клас  &#8220;Електронні сервіси та відкриті дані: як це вдалося Вінниці&#8221;.</strong> У ньому прийняли участь представники міських та сільських рад Вінницької області, а також активісти та журналісти.<br />
На заході разом з учасникам поговорили про електронні сервіси міської ради Вінниці для громадян – найпопулярнішим сервісом, як зазначили представники міськради, є запис до дитячого садочка. Це пов’язано з тим, що з 2015 року запис відбувається тільки через електронну чергу, що не тільки дозволило спростити доступ громадян до послуги, а й зменшило корупційні ризики.<br />
<strong><a href="https://transparentcities.in.ua/?attachment_id=2804" rel="attachment wp-att-2804"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-2804" src="https://transparentcities.in.ua/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/DSC_0914.jpg" alt="" width="6000" height="4000" /></a></strong>Також окремо розглянули партисипативний бюджет міста Вінниця та мапу коштів вінницької громади. Особливістю партисипативного або бюджету участі у Вінниці є те, що містяни можуть висувати проекти, які стосуються виключно «спільного блага та користування», таким чином зменшивши кількість заявок від навчальних закладів, які через бюджет участі роблять ремонти в приміщеннях. «Ми розуміємо необхідність проведення таких робіт, але бюджет участі створений для інших цілей – він дозволяє громаді висувати ідеї, які покращать простір навколо них», &#8211; пояснили представники міськради.<br />

Друга частина майстер-класу була приділена питанням створення, форматування та оприлюднення відкритих даних – на даний момент у Вінниці доступно більше 400 унікальних наборів даних.<br />

На завершення представники комунального підприємства «Вінницякартсервіс» розповіли про запровадження електронного квитка – ця частина викликала безліч запитань та схвальних відгуків від учасників, адже у Вінниці планується запуск унікальної для України системи проїзду в громадському транспорті. Також для учасників майстер-класу передбачена екскурсія в ситуаційний центр міста Вінниця.<br />

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>On September 27, the Ukrainian chapter of the</em><em> global anti-corruption network Transparency International</em><em> is holding the workshop <strong>Team Management in Civil Society Organizations</strong> in Ivano-Frankivsk. At the event the participants will learn about the importance of HR in the social sector, how to have an easier time looking for candidates and how to arrange training and development for team members.</em><br />
This workshop will be of use for top management, project managers and HR managers. During the one-day training course the participants will learn about HRM (human resource management), HR functions in an institution, and how to select the right person out of all the candidates. The event will take place on September 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.<br />
Agenda:</p>

<li>Team management system and its essential components</li>
<li>How to find people for your team and what can help with it</li>
<li>Risks associated with team management</li>
<li>How to make employees stay (adaptation, development, evaluation).</li>
</ul>
<p>The workshop will be delivered by Liliia Motiiets, HR manager of Transparency International Ukraine.<br />
The number of participants is limited. The representatives of local civil society organizations are welcome to attend the event. The participation is free of charge. <span style="font-weight: 400;">The </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ukrainian chapter of the global anti-corruption organization <strong>Transparency</strong></span><b> International</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> cordially invites council representatives to the workshop </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8220;Electronic Resources to City Councils&#8217; Aid: How to Use Their Potential in Interaction with the Community and Internal Work of the Council.&#8221;</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> The event is taking place under the umbrella of the Transparent Cities Club project. The main goal of it is to inspire cities to achieve high rates of transparency and to spread this approach among other Ukraine cities. </span><br />
<span style="font-weight: 400;">During the event, we will discuss if it is possible to create an effective website of the city council for UAH 10,000, how to communicate with activists in a mutually beneficial way, how to optimize exchange of registers between divisions of the city council and much more.</span><br />
<span style="font-weight: 400;">In addition, a special guest from Madrid city council Miguel Arana will present a platform that helps to involve citizens in public procedures https://decide.madrid.es/. Using this platform, people can offer solutions for important city problems and contribute to them. The mission of the city council is to collect and implement these offers. The platform is already used by many countries and can help your city to become better.</span><br />

<span style="font-weight: 400;">The Ukrainian chapter of the global anti-corruption organization Transparency International is holding a two-day seminar “Corruption and Countermeasures: Regional Dimension” in Odesa on August 30th and 31st. During this event, the participants will learn how to prevent acts of corruption at the local level and how to find support both among domestic and international NGOs. </span><br />
<span style="font-weight: 400;">This workshop is an excellent opportunity to learn from specialists who have a successful experience in leading anti-corruption campaigns at the local level. The workshop program consists of the following parts:</span></p>

<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Legal tools to fight corruption: practical aspects</span></li>

<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Corruption at the local level: monitoring of budget fund allocation and analyzing the execution of performed activities</span></li>

The Ukrainian chapter of the global anti-corruption network Transparency International is conducting a workshop “How to Raise Funds for CSO Projects” in Mariupol on May 18th, 2018. During the event, the participants will find out where to find funding for implementation of their projects and how to write project proposals and communicate with donors.<br />
Social activists, do you have ideas for projects, but lack required funds? Are you wondering where to search for financial sources? Do you hope to learn how to write project proposals? This workshop is an excellent opportunity to develop fundraising skills for non-government organizations. The event will take place on May 18th, 2018 from 9:30am to 5pm.<br />

<li>How to interact with potential donors</li>
<li>How to monitor and evaluate project results: how to construct necessary indicators</li>
