Volodymyr graduated with honours from the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. He holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Policy.

He has experience as an analyst in the Foreign Cooperation Department at Suspilne. He joined the team in August 2023 and is responsible for communicating with international partners and key stakeholders on the organisation’s main activities.

He has a passion for basketball, books and vinyl collecting.

Andrii is a graduate of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

He began to gain legal experience specializing in criminal law during his studies. Andrii completed an internship at the NACP twice. For more than a year, he worked as a legal assistant in the practice of criminal law and business protection, and for almost a year — as a lawyer in the monitoring of HACC cases at TI Ukraine.

He specializes in monitoring and evaluating the activities of the High Anti-Corruption Court, as well as the competitive selection of judges to it. He is engaged in the analysis of problems of criminal and criminal-procedural legislation, primarily problems of confiscation of property.

Yuliya Sysoyeva is an expert in the field of data analytics, media analytics, and cultural analytics. She graduated from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics with a master’s degree in applied mathematics. She holds a Ph.D. in physical and mathematical sciences with a specialization in Mathematical Modeling and Computational Methods.

For an extended period, Yuliya worked as an associate professor at the Department of Computer Systems and Technologies at Kharkiv National Economic University. She taught courses such as Informatics and Computer Technology, Data Visualization, Media Theories, Electronic Media, and Digital Media Culture. Yuliya developed course programs, educational materials, and published articles in scientific journals.

From 2018 to 2022, she served as the Deputy Head of the Analytical Department and an analyst at the Content Analysis Center. In the years 2019-2021, Yuliya worked as a data analyst at the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, promoting “data culture” within the organization.

In 2023, she successfully completed the Diploma in Data Analytics Co-op program at the Toronto School of Management in Canada.

Daryna SYNYTSKA

Daryna graduated from Donetsk National Technical University with a master’s degree in Systems Analyst. She also has a specialization as print media journalist, obtained in Donetsk National University.
From 2015 to 2022, Daryna worked as a journalist in the regional publication Poltavshchyna (Poltava Region), with the main focus on analytical materials and journalistic investigations, mostly anti-corruption ones. In Poltava, she founded a video project of anti-corruption investigations Fraud. During the year, the team published 17 videos on YouTube and Facebook. They were also broadcast on local television.
She joined the TI team as an investigative journalist of the DOZORRO project in November 2022.

Anna KUTS

Anna is a legal advisor in the field of public procurement. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
For 7 years, Anna accompanied procurement participants: she helped contest discriminatory conditions and illegal decisions, be awarded fairly in procurement. Anna has experience in legal support of local councils in the team of a private law firm.
Anna was in Kharkiv when the war started; she was engaged in various areas of work, and eventually joined the great team of Transparency International Ukraine. Now Anna works mainly with draft laws, analyzes procurement, and assists the team in legal matters. She is convinced that a high-quality legislative framework is the key to transparent and efficient procurement.
Anna is the author of about 20 articles for professional publications, awarded the Diploma of the Author of the Electronic Edition “LAWYER & LAW” from the Editorial Board and Readers.
In her spare time, Anna engages in oil painting, fan fiction relating to her favorite movies, and instrumental music.

Oksana KOPIICHUK

Oksana graduated from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University and Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. She began her professional career in court, worked in a consulting company and in a law office.

She is currently engaged in monitoring the activities of the High Anti-Corruption Court. She is a practicing lawyer. Oksana studies at the Women’s Rights Defenders Academy JurFem.

She loves hiking and snowboarding.

Viktoriia KARPINSKA

Viktoriia holds a master’s degree in social communications, successfully completed the Communications Workshop in the non-profit sector of the UCU School of Journalism.

She has been working in communications for more than 12 years — both in the Ukrainian media and in civil society organizations.
For a long time, she was engaged in the development of digital content and its promotion.

She has been working in the field of communications in the public sector for the past 5 years. In particular, in 2018, she worked as a PR manager at Hromadske TV. In 2019, she joined the communication department of Transparency International Ukraine, where she first worked as a senior communications manager, and in 2021 she headed the department. In 2022, she became the head of communications for the CHESNO Movement.

In December 2022, she returned to TI Ukraine as an editor. Currently, she is happy to work with the texts of the wonderful authors of this incredible organization.

In her spare time, Viktoriia watches movies and sings Ukrainian songs.

In 2018, Pavlo graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

He began his professional career in the bar, specializing in projects related to the protection of suspects accused of committing criminal offenses in the field of economic and official activities. He worked as an assistant judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

In March 2023 conducted public presentation of the PhD thesis on the topic of “Legality as an element of the rule of law in criminal law.”
