Yevhenia holds a master’s degree in Media Communications from the Institute of Journalism of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. For more than nine years, she worked as a journalist and editor at the ICTV TV channel. She joined the TI Ukraine team as a communication specialist for the Transparent Cities program in January 2024.
