Since early 2024, seven procurement transactions of dog food for a total amount of UAH 959,000 have been published on Prozorro. The units of the State Emergency Service of Sumy, Odesa, Lviv, and Vinnytsia oblasts purchased the food.
Based on the results of open bidding with features, the Interregional Center for Rapid Response of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (Romny, Sumy Oblast) ordered 6,100 kilograms of hypoallergenic dry food for adult dogs of medium and large breeds from Intrade Mix LLC. The cost of the transaction was UAH 829,000 (135.96 UAH/kg, all unit prices are indicated including VAT).
Intrade Mix LLC was established in 2015 in Kyiv. The owner is Stanislava Vyshnevska from Donetsk. Since 2016, the company has received state orders for UAH 94 million.
Another six procurement transactions were conducted directly. Thus, the 3rd Special Rapid Response Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (Bilyne village, Odesa Oblast) ordered 430 kg of the Club 4 Paws dry dog food from Oleksandr Viktorovych Salatian, an individual entrepreneur, for UAH 49,000 (136.8 UAH/kg) and 25 packs of dog food worth UAH 41,000.
Salatian Oleksandr Viktorovych has been engaged in entrepreneurial activity since 2008 and is registered in the village of Pasytsely, Odesa Oblast. These are the first state orders for this individual entrepreneur.
The 2nd Special Rapid Response Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (Drohobych, Lviv Oblast) ordered 75 kg of Eminent Large Bread dry dog food for UAH 9,000 (144 UAH/kg) and 90 kg of dog food for UAH 10,800 (144 UAH/kg) from Liudmyla Oleksandrivna Sukhomlinova, individual entrepreneur.
Sukhomlinova Liudmyla Oleksandrivna has been engaged in entrepreneurial activity for more than a year and is registered in Drohobych. Since 2023, the company has received state orders for UAH 45,800.
The special-purpose emergency rescue detachment of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia Oblast ordered 6 packs of 20 kilograms of the Baskerville dry food for dogs for UAH 15,000 (125 UAH/kg) from KMP Blitz LLC. The special-purpose emergency rescue detachment of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Lviv Oblast ordered 2 20-kilogram packs of SHN PRO MAXI ADULT dog food for UAH 5,100 (128.47 UAH/kg) from STV Center LLC.
KMP Blitz LLC was established in 2002 in Vinnytsia. The owners of the company are Viacheslav Leontiev and Andrii Androshchuk. Since 2023, the company has received state orders for more than UAH 5.6 million.
STV Center LLC was established 10 months ago in Ternopil. The owners of the company are Yurii Stashkov and Denys Sitenko from Kharkiv. During this time, the company has received state orders worth UAH 17,000.
Last year, units of the central subordination of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine from Sumy, Odesa, Lviv, Kyiv, and Vinnytsia oblasts published 14 procurement transactions for the purchase of dry dog food for a million hryvnias.
