On November 20, the selection commission for appointing the Head of the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency held its first meeting, during which it considered the core issues required to launch the competition.
The commission unanimously adopted its Rules of Procedure and selected its Chair, Deputy Chair, and Secretary.
The commission is chaired by Kateryna Ryzhenko, Deputy Executive Director of TI Ukraine for Legal Affairs. Serhii But, Chair of the Management Board of Prozorro.Sale, was elected Deputy Chair. Anzhelika Krusian, Academic Secretary of Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, was elected Secretary.
We now expect the commission to publish the approved Rules of Procedure and to hold its next meetings, at which decisions will be taken on announcing the launch and terms of the competition for the Head of ARMA, including the list of required documents and the deadline for their submission. At the meeting, members emphasized that the commission is actively working on developing the criteria and evaluation methodology for candidates.
