Following an open competition, on December 3, 2025, the Board of Transparency International Ukraine approved Andrii Borovyk’s candidacy for the position of Executive Director. He will lead the organization for the next three years.
In line with best practices in nonprofit governance and pursuant to the Charter of TI Ukraine, elections for the position of Executive Director are held through an open competition every three years.
This year, more than 70 candidates applied for the vacancy. The competition consisted of several stages, including CV and motivation review, a test assignment, and interviews. The TI Ukraine Board determined Andrii Borovyk to be the most suitable candidate.
“The TI Ukraine team continues to work during wartime, advancing systemic reforms and advocating for critical changes to support anti-corruption institutions. It is precisely the effective fight against corruption that strengthens our resources and brings victory on the frontline closer. Over the past years, we have achieved a great deal, but I am confident that we can accomplish even more going forward — we have many plans ahead. I am grateful to the organization’s Board for its trust and am convinced that together we will be able to advance systemic change in the country,” said Andrii Borovyk.
