Master of Laws (LL.M) at National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”. Maksym has got a unique experience of working in all three of the economic sectors: private, public and non-profit. Participant and organiser of a great amount of international scientific conferences and moot courts (particularly Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law, Central Eastern European MCC, Monroe E. Price Media Law MCC). He has worked as a Vice President for European Law Students’ Association Ukraine (ELSA Ukraine), was one of the founders of Students’ Coordinating Council – SCC during the Revolution of Dignity. Maksym has worked for a substantial period of time as a lawyer in Ukrainian defence industry; he’s got a great experience in litigation and legal research.
