The municipal authorities are planning to use the facilities for cultural purposes, and the helicopter pad itself – for the needs of medical aviation.

As a reminder, the company that would manage the facility was selected on 11 October. In the summer of this year, Holosiivskyi district court of Kyiv granted ARMA management rights. The owner of the seized property is TOV AMADEUS CO, which has ties to ousted president Viktor Yanukovych. The company is now trying to dispute the ruling to transfer the facilities under ARMA’s management.
