To participate in the qualification round, potential candidates have to sign a contract with Transparency International Ukraine and fill out an online form to receive access to testing (by December 26, 2017). In another three days, on December 29, the platforms will receive keys to undergo tests, and by January 12 they are to go through the stage of technical test of bidding.

To start testing, platforms have to notify Transparency International Ukraine of their technical readiness for manual and automated testing and provide the necessary information for the testing (by January 3). After that, starting from January 16, 2018, DGF wil notify the platforms of the results.
