Education Department in Cherkasy Region Purchases Laptops: Competition Helps Save More Than a Half of the Amount

On May 8, the Education Department of the Executive Committee of the Kaniv City Council concluded an agreement as a result of a request for quotations with individual entrepreneur Synuta Andrii Oleksandrovych to purchase laptops for work tasks worth UAH 830,000.

The expected cost was UAH 1.35 mln. 10 bids were submitted for the procurement transaction in Prozorro Market. Due to the competition, the price decreased by 38%, allowing to save UAH 517,000.

Under the terms of the agreement, by May 14, 2024, the entrepreneur must deliver 55 Asus Vivobook Go 15 (L1504FA-BQ610) laptops to the Education Department. All laptops have the same characteristics: processor—AMD Ryzen 3 7320U; RAM—8 GB; operating system—Windows 11 Pro; screen brightness—250; laptop warranty period—36 months. The price of one laptop is UAH 15,090 (excluding VAT). 

In Multitech, the Asus Vivobook Go 15 (L1504FA-BQ610) laptop can be purchased for UAH 17,500 (including VAT), Stylus for UAH 23,883 (including VAT), Justbuy —UAH 15,771 (excluding VAT).

Synuta Andrii Oleksandrovych has been engaged in entrepreneurial activities since 2018. The individual entrepreneur is registered in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi Oblast. Since 2018, Andrii Synuta has received orders worth UAH 28.7 million.
