On April 21, 2022, the panel of judges of the HACC passed the verdict on Oleksandra Hudz on the basis of a plea agreement. For forgery of documents and participation in the laundering of property of the state-owned enterprise UTFS Ukrtelefilm, she is subject to punishment — 5 years in prison and a fine of UAH 8,500. She must also reimburse UAH 269,500.

In 2017-2018, Hudz, in collusion with the ex-director of Ukrtelefilm, the deputy head of the State Committee for Television and Radio-Broadcasting of Ukraine, and the ex-head of the legal department of the state enterprise and private persons, alienated the property rights to 67 real estate objects in Kyiv for UAH 14.5 mln to the Lodoks company. We are talking about apartments, non-residential premises, and parking spaces. However, at that time, such property rights were valued much more expensive.

Moreover, the defendants in the case did not agree on the sale with the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, having violated the procedures.

As a result, Ukrtelefilm suffered losses exceeding UAH 67.73 mln.

In January 2022, Oleksandra Hudz agreed to a plea bargain, so the HACC separated the materials on her into individual proceedings.

This is the second verdict of the HACC in the conditions of war. Justice is ongoing.
