As announced before, in April the SE ProZorro.Sale was registered and the process of legal transition of the central database (CDB) under the management of the newly created enterprise started. This marked the successful completion of the pilot stage of the ProZorro.Sale project.
During the pilot stage of the project, administration and development of the project’s IT system was funded by donor funds. From the moment when the CDB is completely transferred to the state-owned enterprise, the system will be funded by fees paid by electronic trade systems.
However, during the transition period, which is going to last about six months, it is necessary to ensure comprehensive support and development of the system. Therefore, the project management urges electronic platforms to support the system in transition with charitable donations.
The donations are fully voluntary and and will go to the account of Transparency International Ukraine, which remains the administrator of the system until the end of the transition period.
