Transparency International Ukraine approved updates in eHealth Electronic Healthcare System as part of the pilot project aimed to automate the record system in healthcare.
At the end of 2016, the public and business joined their efforts and developed an electronic healthcare system to support the reforms of the Ministry of Health. Jointly, they established a Coordination Center – the eHealth Project Office based on the NGO Transparency International Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Network of PLWH. The development of the eHealth system was launched with the support of the developers of the medical information systems and the project office.
Developing the system, the first steps supported the primary health care reform of finance planned by the Ministry of Health. The pilot project, eHealth, will be launched jointly thanks to the support of Ministry’s reforms by the public and business.
In order to regulate the relations of project participants, a unified regulation was developed to improve the functioning of the eHealth system.
