HR Manager

Transparency International Ukraine is seeking an HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

✓ Management of the full recruitment cycle and adaptation of new team members;

✓ Development of a training system for the team (ensuring implementation of development plans, organizing workshops and seminars, etc.)

✓ Establishing communication and feedback exchange with the team;

✓ Performance review;

✓ Creation and development of the HR brand of TI Ukraine;

✓ Maintenance of HR-related paperwork;

✓ Providing recommendations and implementing the HR strategy.

Requirements:

✓ At least 1 year of experience on a similar position;

✓ Experience with finding suitable candidates for vacancies of various levels;

✓ Knowledge of the labor legislation;

✓ Higher education in the sphere of personnel management / psychology / sociology;

✓ Fluent Ukrainian;

✓ Excellent communication and advisory skills;

✓ Conflict resolution skills;

✓ Attention to detail and focus on the result.

 

Remuneration: monthly payment funded by grants (amount defined at the interview).
