Serhii graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a degree in Economic Cybernetics. He was engaged in the analysis of business processes, collection of requirements, and implementation of analytical solutions based on OLAP technology. In the DOZORRO project, he coordinates the development and training under the professional and public modules of public procurement analytics.
