On October 1, judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court Oksana Oliinyk granted the motion of a NABU detective and suspended Head of the State Judicial Administration Zenovii Kholodniuk for two months.

According to the investigation, the Head of the State Judicial Administration was actively involved in the interaction of Kyiv Administration Court judges concerning power grab. His specific interest was allegedly to stay in his position despite the competition for a new Head of SJA having been announced.

Recall that in September, the High Council of Justice refused to suspend Kyiv Administrative Court judges who are also involved in this NABU investigation. Back then, the HCJ did not consider this motion, claiming that the judges were served with charges with procedural violations.
