Transparency International Ukraine presented in Spain the Ukrainian experience concerning the organization of public procurement and its monitoring. Ievhen Bilyk, Project Manager of the Innovative Projects Program, presented ProZorro during the Internet Freedom Festival, which takes place these days in Valencia. This is the third edition of the festival and, this year, over 1300 people coming from all over the world registered to attend. The Government of Valencia – thanks to which the representative of the TI Ukraine took part in this event – showed interest in establishing a similar system at the regional level.
