In January 56.8 thousand procurement amounting to 45 billion UAH was made. Traditionally, in January majority of procurement is related to municipal utilities: heating, water supply and electricity. Such procurement is conducted using uncompetitive negotiation procedures, so they spent more than half of the sum planned this month. Totally under the non-competitive procedures they spent 33.81 billion UAH. 28.22 billion UAH of them for negotiation procedures and 5.59 billion UAH – for subthreshold reports on concluded contracts. Only 11.16 billion UAH is contracted through the use of competitive procedures: 1.84 billion UAH – subthreshold and 9.32 billion UAH – abovethreshold bids.
