The Ministry for Economic Development and Trade thanked Transparency International Ukraine for the high quality of diagnostics developed for public services Internet portal; iGov.org.ua. The authority stressed that it appreciated this activity of Ukrainian chapter of the world anti-corruption network.

The audit was conducted in 2016 alongside the Ministry for Economic Development and Trade, the state agency for e-governance, LLC “Audit firm “PriceWaterHouseCoopers (Audit)”, PwC taking into account practices of the COBIT standard 5 “Build, Acquire and Implement”. According to the results they presented the report with conclusions and practical recommendation on the improvement of the portal. “All aims and tasks of Transparency International Ukraine’s project have been fully implemented.”, commended  the Ministry for Economic Development and Trade..

During the audit they analyzed the following components:

●      used platform for project development

●      architecture of the selected decision

●      principle scheme for data exchange;

●      potential for integration with other platforms

●      data safety

According to Olesia Arkhypska, and expert in governance from TI Ukraine, the organization plans to work with issues of integrating iGov.org.ua to the virtual office of electronic administrative services in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast. This is provided as part of the implementation of the Open Government Partnership Initiative, forming a single state portal for administrative services.

Recently,the iGov service, which allows the request of official documents online was listed on the TOP-100 innovators in the Central and Eastern European region according to the assessment by ‘The Financial Times’..
