TI Ukraine Accredited Again by Global Movement Transparency International

In October 2024, the organization once again confirmed the title of a national chapter of Transparency International in Ukraine. In the future, together with the global movement, our team will continue the comprehensive work on the development and implementation of changes to fight corruption. 

To maintain the status of a chapter, the Ukrainian representative office had to demonstrate that it had actively worked in the direction of preventing and countering corruption, adhered to the approved procedure for the board election, and had internal policies. We also regularly take specific steps to reduce corruption. 

“This accreditation once again confirms the status of our organization as an official chapter of the global movement Transparency International. These are not just words. Accreditation is an important procedure that allows us to check in with the global movement in terms of our rules and activities,” explains Andrii Borovyk, Executive Director of Transparency International Ukraine. 

TI Ukraine was granted the status of the national chapter of Transparency International in 2012. 2 years later, at a meeting of members of the global anti-corruption movement, the organization got its full accreditation.
