How do I join the program?

To join the internship at TI Ukraine, you must first submit your application by May 3. After that, you will need to do a test case and undergo a short interview.

The organization will invite up to 8 best candidates for internships. The program starts on May 20.

How will the internship take place?

The program provides for a hybrid format and part-time employment. The internship is divided into volunteer and paid stages. At all times, the mentors will be in touch with their interns.

It will start with three weeks of training and onboarding to help interns learn more about the organization’s focus areas and complete their first tasks. The subsequent stage will include 5 weeks of internship on a volunteer basis with specialized tasks in one of the departments of the organization.

Then the interns will undergo an assessment stage, at which the most motivated participants will be offered two months of paid internship to cover their activities at the selected department of the organization more profoundly.

At the end of the internship, participants will be offered either one of the vacant positions in the organization or a detailed career consultation.

Feedback from participants in the internship who subsequently joined the TI Ukraine team

Arina Kuts

Ex-analyst of the DOZORRO project

I was an intern at DOZORRO for several months and then started working there—analyzing problems in the field of public procurement, learning how to program, and mastering the basics of text analysis. I had dozens of opportunities for development, constant support and examples to inspire me for new achievements. This gave me the opportunity to meet the best people in the country who are persistently moving the country towards development.

Sasha Misiura

Translator

I underwent an internship at TI Ukraine in 2019 without any prior work experience. While working with the texts, I received feedback from my internship supervisor regarding various aspects of the work: grammar, working with CAT tools, and specifics of work in the field of anti-corruption. I urge you to apply for the internship: it’s an invaluable learning and practice opportunity that offers an incredible possibility of networking!

Yevhenii Zolotukhin

Junior communications manager

An internship at TI Ukraine allowed me to understand my strengths and join the interesting world of the Ukrainian fight against corruption. Over the course of three months, I did everything: from the design of posts to the development of crisis communication. I urge you to apply for the internship! Do not be afraid that you lack experience because TI Ukraine will help you get it.
