Previously, eProcurement Team Lead within USAID project Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS). One of coordinators of the public procurement reform ProZorro.

From July 2015 to April 2016, Yurii headed the sector of Department of Public Procurement Regulation of the Ministry of Economic Development. Yurii coordinated part of the reform, focusing on strategic development, coordination of technical assistance and fundraising, collaboration between ProZorro and public agencies etc.

Before joining the Ministry, Yurii worked in the METRO AG company (Dusseldorf, Germany) as an internal consultant on strategic development and implementation with experience in Ukraine, Germany, the Czech Republic and Russia.

Yurii received BA in Political Science in Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and MA in BI Political Economy in Norwegian Business School (Oslo, Norway).
